During a late night summer walk in the country as dawn neared, I saw the waning crescent moon rise above the NE horizon. It was a beautiful sight with a strong orange colour due to its low altitude and a faint corona intersected by dark cloud strips. I couldn't resist a photo! Tip: Always carry your camera with you as you never know what you might see!
