June 18/19th 00.16 BST. Now the show is on with excellent structure. Most of the structures in the NLC classification system are visible here. I managed to get a particularly good focus with this one, and believe me, that's extremely difficult to do with my camera. Look at the whirls/loops at the bottom R of the frame with a slight tan colour, this is where the serious action was forming. There's lots going on in this image if you take the time to examine it with care. Behind me, across the country road, there was field full of Horses, I could hear them making that noise they always make with their noses which I found very relaxing. Other than that it was silent out here. I noticed a bank of dark cloud edging its way closer over the Sperrin Mountains to the W, so time was running out.
