June 18/19th 01.32 BST. This is looking at the N to NE section of the display, and it was here that new spectacular structures where forming. The star to the R is 'Mirphak', or Alpha Persei, and below it are wonderful deep blue folds, waves, and shadows. Again, these where moving rapidly in a chaotic fashion which was difficult to work out. There was just so much going on. This display would look fantastic over a City, or even better reflecting on the Atlantic Ocean from the N coast. The dark trees and hedge rows of the countryside really add to these images though because the true magnitude of the display can be appreciated.
