Do you see the face in the clouds?, this was pointed out to me by my in-laws who are very talented at spotting patterns in the clouds. The dark mid level segments of cloud make for a very striking pair or eyes, a nose and a mouth. The sweeping anvil is the hair and the small cluster of mammatus form the left ear, some have suggested to me that this face looks very similar to Jedward and even David Bowie, what do you think?, I thought I would include the image on here for a little fun. The scene was captured from the Crewe Road in Maghera at dusk on January 16th 2014 when several cells/showers sprang up against the darkening NE skyline while being lit white by the rising moon, this convection was dumping moderate rainfall over NE Antrim at the time. This is a short exposure in the 2-4 sec range at ISO100 which also includes the rear lights which passed through the image at the time, * All images are available for sale in the form of photo prints, canvas or digital files for licensing, if you are interested in a purchase simply drop me an email.
