Amazing rapidly back-building multicell thunderstorm over the fields outside Maghera on August 21st 2012. This storm was producing almost constant thunder for a very long time which was amazing and looked awesome over the green fields with the Sheep grazing in the foreground, at this time the storm was causing a river to burst it's banks due to the high precip core. The flanking line to the rear was beautiful and the solid flat rain free base looked like it was going to drop a funnel at the very least although I never did see one. The height of the central updraught and the replacement with the next tower in the line has it exchanged with the main tower in explosive fashion was shocking to watch, definitely a storm I will always have fond memories of, read the report for more information. * All images are available for sale in the form of photo prints, canvas or digital files for licensing, if you are interested in a purchase simply drop me an email.
