BACK	8P/TUTTLE	HOME

8P/Tuttle on Jan 7/8th 2007 at 18.23 UT from my back garden. Tuttle is in the high SE sky between Pisces and Cetus (marked). You can see the comet's green haze above my neighbours chimney stack. 30 second exposure at ISO800 at 28mm. I could just see it with the naked eye and no more however it was obvious in 10x50mm binoculars. In the 8.5" F/7 reflector it brightened rapidly towards the centre with a white central condensation. It has moved rapidly since my previous image last night!
